Prospero's Dream Processing Form

This is a handout designed for the Mothership module A Pound of Flesh, which takes place aboard the space station Prospero's Dream. This form is designed to be an in-world means of explaining the rules and worldbuilding of Prospero's Dream. 

When crews board the station for the first time, they are sent to be processed by Q-Team in the station's clean room and are issued an oxygen credit stick. While they are being issued their credit sticks, the warden may have the players fill out this form so they can find out about the station's oxygen tax, the seller's license, and other details that help sell the capitalist horror of the original module.
